Leigh Gillig, a graduate of The University of Tennessee, has been a top producing realtor for over 30 years. Leigh started The Gillig Group when she joined Keller Williams Realty in 2004. Leigh felt that in order to provide a higher level of service to her clients than can be provided by an individual agent that the team concept was the only route to go. Leigh gathered a team of experienced real estate professionals with varied skills and backgrounds allowing The Gillig Group to work with all types of residential, land, and commercial properties. The Gillig Group has an established track record of providing excellent real estate services to their clients and continues to help more families than anyone else in the Spring Hill area. Leigh is currently a Broker and Owner of the Keller Williams Spring Hill, Tennessee office. She is a long time member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Williamson County Association of Realtors. She is also an active member of the Governmental Affairs Committee of WCAR. Joe Noga is a native of the Buffalo NY area. He moved to Middle Tennessee in 2007 to start his Real Estate Career. After a successful start as an individual agent, he was asked to partner with The Gillig Group in 2014. The Gillig Group has over 90 years of combined Real Estate experience and is consistently ranked #1 in the Spring Hill, Tennessee Market. The Gillig Group services all of Middle Tennessee. Joe is a full-time dedicated Realtor® that offers personal and professional service for all of your Real Estate needs. Toni Frizzell, has been a professional Real Estate Agent since 2004, holding a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling. Toni’s desire to help others with life decisions, coupled with her ability to solve problems and offer guidance, ultimately, lead her to a path in Real Estate. In 2013 Toni teamed up with Leigh Gillig, of The Gillig Group, becoming part of her top team at Keller Williams Realty, representing Buyers and Sellers. Toni started her career in New Construction before moving on to represent Buyers and Sellers independently in 2005. Her background, along with her personal experiences building homes, allows her to understand the construction process from the ground up. Toni has held licenses in three states, which gives her an edge, and understanding of buyers and sellers, whom are relocating to or from TN. Throughout her career, she has always been “on top,” frequently being recognized for her accomplishments. Toni has received many accolades, including the ‘Presidents Club Award,’ and the notable ‘Super Agent,’ recognition, placing her in the top 3% in customer service in her industry. In addition, Toni has served on the Board of Directors in her Real Estate Association, a position that was voted on by her colleagues. Toni continues her education in her field annually, earning additional designations, including the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). One thing that really stands out to Toni’s clients is her ability to listen to their needs, her work ethic, and her genuine character. Toni states, “I tell my clients, I am in this with you. It is an honor to be your agent”.When Toni’s not helping clients with their Real Estate needs, she enjoys staying active in the Nashville music scene with her family. She currently lives in Spring Hill, TN with her husband, Corey and their son Ryman. You may recognize Ryman Shafer Frizzell as the toddler guitar player, whom has appeared on many stages with big named artists like Loretta Lynn, Ricky Skaggs and Doug Stone to name a few, or just out-and-about entertaining at open houses and helping his mama put up Real Estate signs.
Carol Risby joined The Gillig Group in 2019, a transplant from central Illinois. She has been a professional, full time Realtor since 2014 and currently holds licenses in both Illinois and Tennessee. While she loves working with buyers and sellers, she feels a special connection to those relocating to the area since she and her family have experienced first hand the transition process themselves. Carol also brings to the table the understanding of how valuable social media is in the marketing of homes. With active accounts on several platforms, Carol is always promoting all things related to buying and selling homes in Tennessee. In her off time, Carol enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her family.
Miles Duncan has lived in Middle Tennessee since 2003. He taught at The King’s Daughter’s School, for 11 years, where he served as a Residential Coordinator and Life Skills Teacher for intellectually disabled children and adults. He felt a calling on his life, to move into Real Estate when his family began to expand, and he is now a husband and father of two. He models his life with the mantra “Faith, Family, and Real Estate” when it comes to running his business.
Miles started his Real Estate journey in hopes to help individuals turn their home buying or selling dreams into a reality. After achieving personal goals, and establishing himself as an individual agent, he was recently asked to partner with the Gillig Group. Miles’ key focus is to provide an excellent experience, from end to end, to buyers and seller in every transaction. Clients choose to work with Miles for his unparalleled hard work, charisma, and true passion for the business. This has helped his reputation as a qualified realtor quickly rise. Miles has worked with a variety of different clients with transactions including land, residential and luxury homes.
Miles serves on the Agent Leadership Council as a member of the Growth Committee at Keller Williams, along with being a member at the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. He is a tech-enabled agent using comprehensive systems that allow him to optimize, manage, and run business with an unprecedented amount of insight.
Jackie Wooton has been a licensed REALTOR since 2010. She attended and graduated from The University of TN at Martin and has been working in the middle Tennessee area since 2014.
She enjoys spending time with her family, especially outdoors. She has always enjoyed volunteer work and has been involved with Kiwanis Cub, Rotary Club, CASA, and has completed Leadership programs in Weakley Co. and Maury Co., TN. Jackie has experience in all areas of real estate, and she is ready to help you buy or sell a home today!
Bonnie Van Rensburg
Bonnie van Rensburg, a lifelong Middle Tennessee resident, was born and raised on a farm. Hard work, family and then play: her parents instilled this into her life, early as a child.
She moved to the Spring Hill area in July 2019. Bonnie is a member of the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. She comes from a background of 20+ years of retail management and sales, with this, she brings excellent customer service when working with her clients. Bonnie attended Kaplan College in Nashville, TN and earned an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. Her knowledge in contracts give her a better insight into how to protect her clients in the process of selling or buying a home. Bonnie entered the Real Estate world in order to better provide for her family, meet new people and help clients accomplish home ownership. She is a good listener and likes sharing her knowledge of Real Estate with her clients. Bonnie has two sons with families of their own, with which she enjoys spending time. She also has a fur-baby named Jazzy. In her free time you can find her in the park, walking a trail, grilling food or just on a blanket reading a book.

Heather Morand joined the Gillig Group in March 2006 as the Contract Manager and worked in that position until 2012. In 2009, she took over as Listing Manager and is currently responsible for the Sellers, Listings, Signs, Lockboxes and general inquiries.
She is originally from Michigan and moved to Tennessee in 2004. She graduated in 2001 with her Associates/Business degree.
