Originally from the Pacific Northwest (Washington State), Terria Staggs (pronounced "Tara") moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1993 to pursue her passion for music. She earned a Bachelor of Music Performance and Music Business degree from Belmont University and spent over 10 years in the music industry. During her career, Terria managed the marketing and branding for several Grammy Award-winning recording artists, helping them navigate their brand image, tour support, sponsorships, and contract negotiations.

After transitioning into Real Estate, Terria became a licensed REALTOR® in 2021. Drawing on her extensive background in customer service, sales, and contract negotiation, she delivers exceptional service to both homebuyers and sellers. Terria is deeply committed to educating her clients, guiding them through each step of the process, and securing the best deals on their behalf. Her core values of honesty, respect, and communication shape her approach to every transaction.

Terria currently resides in Columbia, TN, with her spouse, Kevin, and their giant Goldendoodle, Boulder. As a mother of two boys, she enjoys outdoor activities like running, kickboxing, and exploring nature. Music remains a significant part of her life—she enjoys unwinding with a variety of genres, attending concerts, and traveling to new destinations.

Terria is member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS® (SMTAR) and actively contributes to the real estate community by serving on various committees.
