<p>Today, there are simply not enough houses on the market for the number of buyers looking to purchase them, and it’s creating a serious <a href="https://www.simplifyingthemarket.com/2021/02/26/its-a-sellers-market-infographic/?a=712984-fa409495d5d70154d03a25e81e9540e2">sellers’ market</a>. According to Danielle Hale, <em>Chief Economist</em> at <em>realtor.com</em>:</p>
